Couldn't stay longer.

This budget accommodation was located close to the university entrance which made it convenient for us to get around. The brand new “motel” style property was impressive, but the best aspect was the host, Carlos, who accommodated our late check-in and offered to transport us around to avoid taxi fares.

The surrounding area was semi-derelict and run-down. We did not feel safe walking around at night, especially as a couple on a romantic escape.

The motel, style accommodation is indeed brand new and clean. the staff was very accommodating, even with a late check, in. the location near the university might be advantageous for visitors attending events there.

The property is located in a semi, derelict area, and the walk to the nearest bus stop or taxi rank might make some people feel vulnerable at night. It is also quite a distance away from the city center, so you'll need to take frequent transportation if you want to explore the area.

I had a great experience staying at this hotel. The location was perfect as it was right near the avenue and easily accessible by all forms of transportation. The staff was extremely helpful, particularly Carlos who was accommodating with my late check-in and offered me transportation to avoid taxi fares. The hotel facilities were clean and modern, and the parking was convenient. I had a great stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

Some may feel uneasy walking around the semi-derelict surrounding area at night.
